Blast Off Bash

Informal meet and greet held at Ridgewood Park. This is a great opportunity for new parents to get answers to all their questions from experienced parents, and an opportunity for students to reconnect after summer break.

Tears and Cheers Breakfast

Wipe the tears after sending your babies off to learn or celebrate the return of your kids to school with us. Usually held in the Ride library on the first day of school after drop off. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Ride and becoming a PTO member. 

Red Wagon Parade

Each year, along with other College Park High School feeder schools, our Challengers have fun walking in the College Park Homecoming Parade at Market Street!

Walk and Roll to school

We "Chalk the Walk" and encourage our Challengers to celebrate the benefits of walking or biking safely to school! 

Red Ribbon Week

Annual campaign to prevent drug abuse. Usually held the third week of October to coincide with the national campaign. Students will participate in theme related activities during the week.

Bike Rodeo

Have fun while learning about bike safety with the CISD Police Department and other local community members! Includes a bike obstacle course, bike safety checks, a picnic dinner, and a chance to win a new bike! Yee-haw!
